Bauma Blasts #7 (ALLU)

During my time at Bauma I spent some time wandering in the giant halls, which is where I caught up with our friends at ALLU the Finnish based screening and crushing bucket manufacturer.

The company were showcasing their Variable Drum concept, which allows the end user to switch between screening and crushing with minimal delays.

The ALLU designed quick locking system means that operators can replace drums and blades quickly without having to access the drive compartment. Simple, quick maintenance is achieved thanks to a two-bolt drum attachment system, ensuring that wear part replacements are fast and easy, which significantly cuts downtime and manual labour.

All ALLU drum options are available as Variable Drum setup for the D-Series screening buckets, offering a one-stop-shop solution whether you are crushing or screening, with this application one bucket does it all.

I visited ALLU at their assembly facility in Finland last year, and got the opportunity to try out the bucket myself and their own dedicated test area.
