Finnish Trade Event Set to Go Again in 2023
While the current focus for machinery shows is geared towards Bauma in Munich, the unique Finnish MANSEN MÖRINÄT event is planning to return to its more familiar time slot next year, and will run over two days on 14th-15th April 2023.
This ‘open day’ format where the dealers are all located in industrial areas in close proximity of each other, makes so much sense, rather than having to ship equipment to a showground at vast expense and then have to pay the organizers for the privilege, this way the equipment can be displayed at there own premises for a fraction of the cost.
Mansen Mörinät, is jointly organized by machinery and transport equipment dealers from the Pirkanmaa area, and takes place around Tampere, Nokia, Pirkkala and Lempäälä.
The 2022 version was delayed due to the pandemic and has only just recently taken place. It was well attended as ever, with almost 60 organisations opening their doors, with more than 200 different heavy machinery and transport operators and their products were involved in the event.
Mansen Mörinät is Finland's largest machine day event and generally attracts in excess of 15,000 visitors. In addition, there will soon be another edition of the show taking place, this time in the Helsinki area in July 2023.
The organising media partner for the event is Konepörssi-lehti and I will be planning to attend once more bringing an international flavour to the event and additional social media coverage over the two days of the show.
