Came across this walkaround video recently and figured I would share it here on the Digger Man Blog.

Hy-Hoe the forerunner of Hymac
American machinery enthusiast Skadill on You Tube discovered this 44 year old Hy-Hoe 5000TT excavator lying at rest somewhere in the states. It was these machines that inspired the British built Hymac range with the company taking on the manufacturing rights when the US company went out of business. These machines are pretty rare nowadays with most having gone for a one way date with the “gas axe” so its interesting to see one in reasonable condition. So, lets join Skadill as he walks us around this all American classic.
