MWN Civil adds 20th Airman Mini Excavator

We are back down under this Friday visiting our friends at New Zealand based Porter Group and their customer MWN Civil Ltd.

Family based business MWN Civil Ltd operate across the North Auckland area in New Zealand, where they provide civil contracting expertise to the public and private sectors.

This year MWN Civil reached the 20^th year in business milestone, and coincidentally purchased their 20^th Airman machine, in this instance a 5.5-tonne class AX55U zero tailswing model, which joins a substantial number of other Airman mini excavators on the fleet.

Managing Director of MWN Civil Mark Neilson, has been a long-term customer of the Porter Group over the years, building a great working relationship, which as we all know is essential when buying and servicing machines, something that can only be built on trust between the two parties which is clearly evident in this instance.

We don’t see that many Airman machines in the UK these days, but essentially it’s the same machine under the paint as the Hitachi mini excavators.
