Recycling is big business these days with many contractors looking to be environmentally friendly in addition to helping keep costs down on the jobsite by re-using materials on site, to meet a growing demand for such products Steelwrist has now launched a patented range of screening buckets, in conjunction with Finnish company MultaVEX, that can handle any type of material, is suitable for renting and with extremely low maintenance cost. Steelwrist-screening-bucket_action_HIGH-458x261 “With increasing focus fuel efficiency and environmental issues we are extremely happy to introduce the Steelwrist screening buckets since we think it is the only solution that can handle any type of material – wet material, big stones, construction waste – everything can be screened. Compared to alternative solutions we are also very satisfied with the simple design and few moving parts which is very much in line with our core value of simplicity” says Stefan Stockhaus, Steelwrist CEO. Steelwrist will sell the product under own brand with exclusivity in several markets. MultaVex has rapidly gained a high market share in Finland, which is probably “the home of screening buckets”, thanks to the high versatility together with the direct drive technology that makes the solution virtually maintenance free”, says Eero Paski, CEO of MultaVEX. The Steelwrist screening bucket operating principle is based on a patented direct drive camshaft technology which reduces the number of moving parts. Screening sizes can be adjusted from 25mm to larger sizes in just a few minutes and all types of material can be screened. Screening buckets will be available for excavators between 3 and 35 tons.
