We Got a Crush on ALLU
Its no secret, I’m a massive fan of Finland and all things Finnish, and that includes construction equipment and attachments made in the land of lakes and trees!
Last year we spent some time on the ALLU stand during the Finnmetko Show which took place in Jämsä, Central Finland, while there we got to take a look at the new ALLU Veloci compact screening bucket which was being demonstrated on the demo plot.
Of course, ALLU sell their wide range of attachments not only in the Finnish domestic market, but worldwide and today in this blog post we are heading down under to New Zealand to take a look at their Dual Crusher bucket.

The ALLU Crusher is available in five different sizes and is designed to fit hydraulic excavators ranging from 8 – 33 tonnes. The attachment is designed to effectively crush and recycle demolition materials on site for re-use, including building rubble, natural stone, asphalt, and concrete.
ALLU Crushers design features include, easy to replace upper jaw, crushing plates which allow material to flow freely through the jaws, a streamlined wear resistant frame, with no external parts, angled side and tip plates, which ensure a rigid frame, reduce wear and provides a higher filling and crushing rate, easy pin adjustment for quick changing of fragment sizes, and a protected belt drive, maintenance-free with no adjustment needed.
Checkout this video from New Zealand based Robur Hire who are showcasing the ALLU Crusher mounted on a 23-tonne class Hidromek HMK230LC.
