MB-HDS523 shafts screener bucket
MB Crusher’s new MB-HDS523 shafts screener bucket is designed to increase productivity on the job site. Compatible with excavators weighing in at 30 to 45 tons and suitable for excavating, earthmoving and large trenching projects, the MB-HDS523 is the only unit from MB Crusher’s HDS range with five shafts. The ‘V Shaft System’ design creates a dual screening effect that contributes to increased production, says its maker.
Powered by two motors, the MB-HDS523 also features a concealed comb that allows material to enter and flow through the rotors without jamming. The unit also comes with a removable front upper casing, providing a greater closing angle and once again contributing to increased productivity. All parts in the firing line are protected by reinforced Hardox steel, and the bucket bracket and frame are also made of thicker material.
