New Magni TH 7.10 fixed telescopic handler

The new Magni TH 7.10 fixed telescopic handler boasts the highest load capacity in the TH range. The outcome of a redesign of the TH 6.10 model, the TH 7.10 offers improved load charts and a high lifting capacity, increased by 1 tonne (2,204lbs).

Magni says the 7.10’s performance represents a clear upgrade compared to the previous model, as it can lift its maximum load of 7 tonnes (15,432lbs) up to 8.5m (27ft; +16%), reach its maximum height of 9.5m (31ft) with a load of 6 tonnes (13,227lbs; +20%) and support 2.5 tonnes (5,511lbs; +25%) at the maximum horizontal reach of 5.9m (19ft).

Like the 15m and 19m (49ft and 62ft) variants, this TH model will also be available in basic and premium versions. In premium version, the model has a more powerful 75kW Deutz engine, as well as air conditioning and a radio as standard.

Restyled cab
Like the entirety of the TH 2024 range, the TH 7.10 is equipped with the new cab which made its debut on the RTH range during 2023. The injection-moulded panelling ensures greater durability and a better finish. The seat, courtesy lights, air flows, adjustable armrest, convenient storage compartments and sunblind are delivered alongside ample space and what Magni says is outstanding visibility, providing the operator with optimal working conditions.

Accessed via the touchscreen, the new Magni Combi Touch System (MCTS) on-board software has undergone thorough graphic restyling and is said to offer an even smoother user experience, with navigation by means of icons. The operator now has a new menu screen giving access to the various functions, with new features such as dedicated pre-settings.

There is an additional improvement in the load chart screen, which allows two different display modes: Standard (displaying all the load bands) and Dynamic, (displaying the working area available in relation to the load being lifted).

Agility and power
Compact in size, Magni reckons the TH 7.10 is ideal for operating in tight spaces with superb handling. With 4-wheel-drive and steering, it enables full freedom of movement, reinforced by three steering modes: front, round and crab. The powerful hydrostatic transmission provides each wheel with all the torque necessary to tackle even the toughest slopes, and agility is further enhanced by the generous ground clearance.

The levelling system for operation on tyres enables the operator to level the machine laterally and provides him with the complete load chart on terrains with lateral gradient of up to +/8 degrees. Thanks to the wide selection of interchangeable attachments, the machine can take on a large variety of jobs, says Magni. The RFID recognition system automatically updates the display with the load chart for the coupled Magni attachment.
