Screencore to exhibit at AED Summit 2025 17-19 January in Orlando

Screencore was founded to provide modern mobile material processing equipment with the customers’ real requirements in mind. Designed and manufactured in Northern Ireland in the heart of the mobile crushing and screening world, the company has in recent years produced a product range that is marked by its versatility, ease of use, productivity and fuel efficiency.

Although Screencore has been active in North America since its inception, the manufacturer has announced that it will be exhibiting at the AED Summit in 2025 for the first time to expand its distributor network. “We have put in place a first class team of dealers and distributors throughout the US, but there are still gaps. We want to ensure that our customers can acquire or rent the Screencore line whenever they have a need for an ultra-modern crusher, screen or stockpiling solution,” explain Screencore director Ciarán Ryan. “ We believe that one of the best places to meet distributors who would be keen to embrace our technologically advanced equipment ranges, and the benefits they can deliver to their customers, will be at the 2025 AED Summit in Orlando, Florida.”

Associated Equipment Distributors (AED) is an international trade association representing companies involved in the distribution, rental and support of heavy equipment used in construction, mining, forestry, power generation, agriculture and industrial applications. The AED Summit is a premier industry event that brings together professionals in the equipment distribution sector. Attendees engage in networking, explore cutting-edge technologies, and participate in educational sessions, gaining insights into market trends and business strategies.

The AED summit thus acts as a platform for collaboration and innovation in the equipment distribution industry. “The AED serves independent distributors that sell, rent, and provide aftermarket support for equipment and related equipment and products. Furthermore, it also assists and represents manufacturers of equipment and related equipment and products. It means that Orlando will be the place to be for Screencore to meet the people who are at the forefront of the screening, crushing and materials handling/processing industries in the US,” says Ciarán.

A major focus at the summit will be Screencore’s comprehensive stockpiler range with units from 40’ to 100’ incorporating dump-hoppers, vibrating grids, radial wheels, high-speed augers and power options. “All our stacker models are available in Dual-Power format which has several distinct advantages, not least of which is a miserly fuel consumption significantly reducing customers’ cost per ton.  Our tracked stockpilers, when configured with our unique Dual-Drive functionality, enables them to couple up to any crushers (or indeed, screens) with the possibility or running for as little as ¼ gallon per hour fuel! While inflation continues to hit everyone’s pocket, Screencore ensures that moving material has never been so cost-effective,” adds Ciarán.

Over the last 18 months Screencore has continued to add its already extensive product range. This has included the latest developments to its range of track mounted jaw crushers, Trident screens, stackers and stockpilers, as well as some truly game changing developments. “Earlier this year we introduced the Screencore Trident 125 Hi-Stak. It combines the benefits of a modern heavy-duty primary screen with the obvious benefits of an 80ft stacker,” adds Ciarán Ryan. “Essentially, customers get two machines in one resulting in substantial fuel savings, and the elimination of the need for double-handling end-product.”
