A New Name in Machinery

Surfing the web over the weekend I came across another company who are marketing articulated haulers and other items of heavy machinery.

We are always looking for something new or at least different to share here on the Digger Man Blog and as such, I came across this company POWERPLUS Group Pte Ltd, which is based in Singapore, but has an American division. Established as far back as 1973, they offer a wide range of construction machinery products ranging from dozers and dumptrucks, to excavators and motor graders, and are probably more targeted at the Asian markets which probably explains why I had never seen them before.

The machines do have a very Chinese look to them, and I suspect they are manufactured in China and badged up by POWERPLUS. They exhibited at Bauma China last year, but a quick look at the exhibitor’s directory for Bauma in Munich just a couple of months away, revealed that they are not attending the event.

The machines have a rather retro dated look as is often the case with some of the lesser-known Chinese based machines. Among them is the PAD450Z articulated dumptruck which you can checkout in the video below, let us know what you think of them on our social media channels!
