Big Cat 6060 FS walk-around

Here is a great promotional video from Caterpillar featuring the range topping 6060 FS hydraulic mining shovel.

The Caterpillar 6060 FS is the largest hydraulic mining shovel currently produced by the American giant, powered by two Cat 3512C engines which produce a power output of 2240kw (3000hp) the machine weighs in at 569 tonnes (627 tons) in face shovel configuration with the backhoe version tipping the scales at 570 tonnes (628 tons). Bucket capacity on both models is virtually the same at 34.0m3 (44.5yd3). The 6060 takes much of its technology from the old O&K models including the well proven Tri-Power kinematic system.
