Con Mech Engineers, is a North East, UK-based manufacturer with over 75 years of engineering expertise, and has been producing high-quality ground engaging tools (GET) since 1949. The company takes pride in being a major UK manufacturer of cutting edges that can boast to being truly “Made in UK”.

The Blademaster range includes a comprehensive selection of cutting edges and end bits designed for various machinery, such as loaders, motor graders, excavators, and dozers.

All Blademaster products are designed and manufactured in the UK, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards. The company utilizes in-house, world class heat treatment and quenching facilities, which are approved to stringent Oil & Gas standards, to guarantee the performance and durability of their products. As they heat treat after processing there are no heat affected zones (HAZ) at the cut edge that are prevalent in parts produced from mill rolled Abrasion Resistant plate. Within the HAZ, hardness is reduced by half, resulting in faster wear at the point where abrasion is most prevalent. Our parts are fully through hardened, even at the edges.
