The humble site dumper is often the unsung hero on British construction sites and in all fairness, something that is often overlooked here on the Digger Man Blog.

The forward tipping and swivel skip site dumper has been a staple component on building sites and large civil engineering jobs for as long as I can remember. It’s probably fair to say the UK is the largest market in the world for such machines. Terex dumper1 The dumper is often one of the first machines on site working in partnership with an excavator and often one of the last to leave a site as they are often used to tow a compressor for example when doing remedial works at the end of the job. So in this post I thought it would be good to take a look at a couple of Terex dumpers with the help of product specialists Adrian Mann and Richard Ghent.
