Liebherr Does, whatever it Takes!

I came across this awesome video which is a lot of fun, but also has serious message about the back-up you want and can expect from Liebherr.

The video features one of Liebherr’s HS 8130 crane/dragline units which for the purpose of the video has been undergoing some routine maintenance which is being delivered by a trained Liebherr engineer/technician.

When his service is completed, the machine goes back to work extracting gravel from underwater, in the spoof scenario the machines bucket gets stuck under water, and being observed by the engineer, he quickly becomes Liebherr’s very own aquaman, as with sledge hammer in hand, he leaps into the water to dislodge the stuck bucket!

While this superb stunt was cinematically filmed for entertainment of viewers, it does depict that Liebherr are right behind their customers in terms of customer service, and as they see it, like a trustworthy partner, backed by a worldwide service network.
