Gearing Up for Bauma (Wacker Neuson)

Bauma is now so close we can almost feel the excitement building, and in this latest of our Gearing Up for Bauma series we take a look at Wacker Neuson.

An exciting visitor experience is always promised on the Wacker Neuson stand at Bauma, and this year under the motto: Solutions built for you, they will be showcasing a number of exciting new products across their 5,000 square meter booth FN.916 in the outdoor exhibition area north, which is the same spot as in the previous Bauma trade fair in 2022.

Of course there will be many new products on show, but on the Wacker Neuson stand its also about offering visitors an interesting and fun filled visit.

This time around they will also be running two operator challenge competitions every day.

At 11.00am celebrating 100 years of Kramer, they will be hosting the Birthday Challenge featuring a 5045 wheeled loader. In this challenge competitors who have registered to take part, will have to pop balloons with the fork mounted on the loader.

At 2.30pm attention turns to football with the machine in focus being the 6-tonne class ET58 mini excavator.

In this challenge registered competitors will attempt to kick the football into the field goal using the ET58, with each challenger getting 5 attempts to score!

This looks to be an American football themed challenge, and as we know our friend at Wacker Neuson Nina Engertsberger, is a big fan of the sport, so it should be a lot of fun!

I will personally be on the Wacker Neuson stand on Wednesday 9^th around 1pm spending an hour or two with the team, hopefully I can catch up with some of you there!
