Finning Echoes the Nations Sentiment Supporting the NHS
Finning UK & Ireland have always come up with unique ideas to celebrate different events over the years by putting artwork on Caterpillar machines parked out on the frontage at their headquarters in Cannock, the latest being support for our NHS Frontline Heroes.
Whilst the COVID-19 corona virus pandemic grips the world and has virtually put a halt to our regular daily lives for now, the brave doctors, nurses and carers of the NHS and other keyworkers in supermarkets, agriculture and refuse collection operatives, continue to battle on to keep us safe as the vast majority of us STAY at HOME during these difficult times.
Over the years here on the blog, we have featured a number of Caterpillar machines which have been displayed outside the famous headquarters on Watling Street. From machines sporting giant England flags supporting the football team, to a celebration of the Olympics, and who could forget the 740B ADT sporting a giant moustache in support of the Movember charity fundraiser. Now the Finning team have thrown their support behind our glorious NHS with a logo on the counterweight of a Cat 352FL hydraulic excavator.
Thanks to Lee Andrews of Finning UK & Ireland for the photos.
Over the past few weeks, millions of people across the country have opened their doors and windows to clap in a show of unified support and gratitude for the NHS heroes who are working so tirelessly in the battle against this awful virus.
Along with Finning UK & Ireland, the Digger Man Blog would like to thank each and everyone of you at the NHS for your sterling efforts, thank you and may god bless you all!
