In the Blue with Kobelco at Bauma

Kobelco’s appearance at Bauma was slightly overshadowed by the Hino engine emissions drama which was revealed just days before the show opened, however this situation was technically and fault of Kobelco’s and as such the show had to go on and visitors to the stand were still enjoying the vast sea of blue machines on display.

I don’t personally have much to do with the Kobelco brand in the UK anymore, but I did take a brief walk around the stand which I must say was buzzing, to see what was on offer.

I didn’t take many photos on the stand but I did capture the latest SK140SR LC model on display, one of the most popular machines in the Kobelco range for many years, this example was fitted with a TAB two piece boom a European favourite, and a German built HOLP ROTOTOP bucket rotation system.

The SK140SR LC has long been a favourite in the UK and I have visited a good number of end user customers in the past, who have all been impressed with the machine in every aspect.
